Getting Here

You have a number of options when traveling to Newfoundland.

The closest airport to us will be St. John’s International airport (YYT) and the drive from the airport is approximately 50 minutes.

We’re in an area called The Irish Loop, which is a scenic drive along the Avalon Peninsula's southeastern coast, where you can experience wildlife tours, visit quaint villages, scenic coastal paths, and so much more!

  • Multiple airlines use the local airport. Examples include:

    Air Canada, WestJet, Porter Airlines, PAL Airlines, Air Saint Pierre  and Sunwing Airlines.

    • Exit YYT Airport
      Head out of the airport, following signs toward St. John’s / Exit toward Trans-Canada Highway (TCH-1).

    • Head toward St. John’s
      Merge onto TCH-1 (Trans-Canada Highway) east-bound toward St. John’s.

    • Get onto the Irish Loop (Route 10)
      Look for signage to Irish Loop / Bay Bulls / Witless Bay/ Tors Cove

    • Turn onto Celtic Rendezvous Place
      In Tors Cove, watch for signs to Cliffs Edge Retreat (or 9 Celtic Rendezvous Place). The last stretch is a smaller road dotted with homes and a church.

  • The closest ferry landing to St. John's is the Argentia ferry terminal, located approximately 1.5 hours away via The Cape Shore highway.
